This facility serves as the backbone for the company’s specialized offerings, including private cloud hosting, disaster recovery, and virtual server management. Shawn’s unique approach integrates proactive managed services with private cloud architecture, providing clients across the United States with a seamless, single-point-of-contact experience for their entire technology stack.
Beyond infrastructure, Shawn oversees the delivery of comprehensive IT solutions, from Helpdesk and remote support to the integration of IP phone systems and communication lines. His commitment to providing “one number to call” ensures that businesses can reduce complexity and operational costs while maintaining peak performance.
Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Data Security and Infrastructure Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
