As part of our process, we’ll conduct a complimentary survey to assess your environment. Once the data is collected and analyzed, we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting to present our findings and recommendations—helping you make informed decisions about your network infrastructure.

 Our technicians will arrive onsite and take a few moments to set up their equipment. Once ready, they will begin surveying all common areas, hallways, offices, and employee workspaces.

For a comprehensive survey, we kindly request that a representative from the care team accompany our technician to access resident areas. This ensures that we can assess the entire facility without obstructions, which is essential for delivering a complete and accurate survey.

During the survey, we will evaluate key factors such as:

• Existing signal interference from other devices or networks
• And other environmental and structural obstacles that may impact Wi-Fi performance
